Inspector's Summary
Pass with Minor NotesThe rough-in electrical and plumbing systems have been successfully installed according to the approved architectural plans. The structural integrity of the main support beams remains uncompromised after the initial framing modifications. Overall, the workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards for this stage of the renovation.
Kitchen Island: Outlet placement has been adjusted by 4 inches to accommodate the revised cabinetry layout. This does not impact electrical load calculations.
Master Bath: Water pressure testing completed successfully. Minor moisture barrier redundancy suggested around the shower curb before tiling begins.
